About the Role

At Amazon Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Manager is a licensed Pharmacist responsible for the operation oversight and compliance of a small-format pharmacy site. This role exists to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services and professionals they need to get and stay healthy.

You will lead a small team of technicians and pharmacists, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met while building positive employee relations and leadership bench strength. The position requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, ranging from dispensing medications to managing the entire prescription fulfillment process. From filling and verifying orders to packing for shipment, you will ensure completion from initiation to the final stage. Your strong commitment to patient safety and high standards of service will help deliver on our promise to be the earth's most customer-centric pharmacy.
