About the Role
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Director of Nursing Specialty Medicine & Surgery to lead our ambulatory clinical programs. This role is designed for an experienced nursing leader passionate about driving excellence in patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will partner with provider and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of state-of-the-art clinical care while operationalizing the core RRH values of kindness, integrity, and respect.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining an environment that supports excellence in clinical practice, nursing standards, and the scope of practice across all settings. Your mission includes facilitating clinical education and investigation to advance the art and science of professional nursing, while promoting the development of nurses, technicians, and clinical support staff. You will ensure consistency in the implementation of nursing philosophy and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
