As a member of our Medical Specialty team at CHA Cambridge Hospital, you will help us care for patients across a wide range of disciplines, including Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, and Pulmonary Medicine. Your work will span consults and procedures at our two acute care hospitals as well as ambulatory care at our three medical specialty clinics.
In this role, you will assume full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients with complex needs. You will demonstrate initiative and clinical expertise while adhering to established Nursing Standards of Care. We are looking for smart, committed, and compassionate individuals who want to be part of making our vision of better health and equity a reality.
Newly hired Registered Nurses with experience in the specialty who commit to a minimum of two years of employment may be eligible for a sign-on and retention bonus of $10,000.
