We are seeking a highly dedicated School Counselor to join our team with a "whatever it takes" attitude. This role is pivotal in driving our schools' vision for student culture and ensuring the social and emotional needs of our community are met. You will work directly with students and families to provide targeted support while partnering closely with teachers to deepen their understanding of child development and its impact on student performance.
As a key driver of our prevention, intervention, assessment, and collaboration services, you will facilitate workshops for families, conduct home visits to increase involvement, and lead individual and group counseling sessions using research-based practices. Your work will involve creating professional learning goals, gathering data through observations and interviews, and fostering a professional atmosphere conducive to growth and continuous improvement.
