The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) serves as a vital bridge between complex technical information and effective, engaging learning solutions. You will partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate intricate concepts into curricula that evolve alongside customer needs. This role is not just about content creation; it is a holistic journey involving project management, training needs analysis, learner analysis, and the evaluation of learning outcomes.
In your day-to-day, you will define learning objectives and structure course content to ensure maximum impact. You will craft storyboards and develop diverse instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning courses, and explainer-style videos. Success in this position requires seamless collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and customer partners to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of high-quality training programs.
