About the Role

As a Temporary Training Designer, you will be the architect behind high-impact, performance-driven learning experiences that translate strategy into measurable behavior change. This role is critical for ensuring our educators and staff are equipped with the skills they need to support student well-being. You will create asynchronous courses using modern authoring tools and develop engaging instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training materials.

Your day-to-day involves building structured learning journeys that accelerate proficiency across roles. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure all training is relevant, operationally aligned, culturally responsive, and designed for real-world application. From designing role-based learning paths and certifications to creating detailed facilitator guides and job aids, you will ensure our training materials reflect current curriculum, systems, and field realities.
