About the Role
This position serves as a vital leadership link within our mechanical construction division. You will manage a group of foremen responsible for delivering high-quality projects, ensuring that all work is coordinated in strict accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Your day-to-day involves planning and assigning work, appraising performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for rewarding and disciplining employees, as well as addressing and resolving concerns to maintain a productive and harmonious team environment.
