Join TAS, a Houston-headquartered company and a proud member of Comfort Systems USA. We deliver innovative packaged modular systems engineered and manufactured in our 1.2 million square-foot facilities in Houston. Our solutions power data centers, utility systems, and commercial/industrial applications globally, with over 520 packages delivered to 33 countries.
We offer the best of both worlds: the entrepreneurial spirit and close-knit culture of a small company, backed by the resources, talent, and international reach of a large publicly traded entity. Our fastest-growing sector is the data center market, where we apply deep expertise in cooling, thermodynamics, and power to revolutionize delivery.
As a leader in our Quality Control inspection group, you will ensure daily inspection priorities are met while driving continuous improvement in quality performance and manufacturing efficiencies. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical quality standards and operational execution, ensuring our modular systems meet rigorous international codes.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of the inspection team, from recruiting and training to performance coaching and career development. You will act as the primary liaison between inspection personnel and external departments such as Manufacturing, Materials, and Engineering, ensuring smooth workflows and avoiding operational interruptions. Your day will involve analyzing complex engineering drawings, weld maps, and PFDs/PIDs to enforce quality standards, while also compiling critical KPI metrics like NCRs to report to senior management.
Applications and resumes are kept on file for a limited time. If you are not selected for this position, the company is under no obligation to contact you, but we encourage you to submit a new application for future opportunities.
TAS Energy Inc. guarantees equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
