The Opportunity
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will function as a Technical Specialist or Project Lead, providing coordination and expertise on assigned substation projects. You will support a variety of substation projects ranging up to 765kV, developing detailed design deliverables for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC). This role involves creating protection and control designs, physical design deliverables, and managing design budgets and schedules. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, prepare equipment specifications, and coordinate project activities with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Potential travel opportunities may include design reviews, construction coordination, and field verification at client and vendor offices or project sites.
