About the Role

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater CAD Designer to join our Water/Wastewater Group in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will participate with the Civil Design team, working closely with engineers, project managers, and other professionals to emphasize design and plan set preparation for civil and wastewater facilities projects.

Your day-to-day work will involve grading, pipe networks, alignments, profiles, sections, and redline drafting for conceptual, preliminary, and final design drawings. You will collaborate closely with Civil Engineers to translate design concepts into detailed 3D surfaces, alignments, corridors, and complex pipe/pressure networks for water, sewer, stormwater, and open channel infrastructure. Additionally, you will coordinate the development of proposed grading plans and digital terrain models (DTMs) to ensure optimal site functionality, drainage, and erosion control. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive construction drawing sets and processing survey data to incorporate GIS or record drawings into active project models.
