Your Opportunity + Impact

As an Engineering Associate supporting federal projects, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed engineers on infrastructure that serves communities and national priorities. From military installations to federal facilities and public works, you'll help deliver projects that make a lasting impact.

This entry-level role is designed to accelerate your growth toward a Professional Engineer (PE) license while exposing you to federal standards, regulations, and project delivery processes. You'll apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build a strong technical foundation in a highly regulated and rewarding sector.
