About the Role
As a Remote Refrigeration Engineer, you will operate with a high degree of independence to design basic to advanced engineering systems. Your work will involve preparing detailed electrical system layouts, drawings, and schematics, as well as reviewing shop drawings to ensure strict conformance to plans and specifications. Beyond technical design, you will conduct research to evaluate the feasibility of systems and equipment, providing critical recommendations to drive project success.
This role also serves as a bridge between technical execution and business development. You will assist in building relationships with strategic partners and customers while supporting project coordination activities. This includes managing communications, coordinating scope and schedules, attending client meetings, and ensuring project quality. You will act as a resource for training and assisting team members, contributing to a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is valued.
