We are seeking a motivated mid-level Electrical Engineer or Designer to join our team, playing a vital role in driving project success across diverse sectors. From multifamily and affordable housing to hospitality, adaptive reuse, and high-rise developments, your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions. You will ensure all designs comply with local codes and industry standards while leveraging your skills to navigate complex project requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where your contributions directly impact the quality and success of each project. You will be expected to apply engineering judgment to complete projects from concept through construction, managing time efficiently to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role involves active collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups to communicate design options effectively and produce integrated project documents.
This is an in-person role that requires availability for in-person meetings and site visits. While we offer a flexible hybrid office policy, the nature of the work demands a physical presence to support construction administration, review submittals, and engage with clients and project teams on-site.

FE/EIT or PE license. LEED AP certification. Expert knowledge of Washington State and Seattle codes and sustainable design practices. Electric Utility coordination experience, specifically with SCL and PSE. Experience with Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure design. Project Management experience.
