We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented eCommerce Fraud Investigator / Analyst to join our team in Redmond, WA. This role is critical to protecting revenue, reducing risk, and ensuring the integrity of customer transactions across our large-scale digital commerce platforms.
You will work directly with fraud detection systems, transaction data, and operational workflows to identify suspicious activity, investigate fraud patterns, and take action to mitigate financial and operational risk. This is a hands-on position requiring real-world experience reviewing flagged transactions, validating customer orders, and resolving fraud-related issues across the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, bringing a strong investigative mindset to complex scenarios involving card-not-present fraud, identity theft, and account takeovers. You will be the frontline defense, ensuring that legitimate customers are served while fraudulent activity is swiftly detected and contained.
We are looking for U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only; no sponsorship is available for this position. This is a long-term contract role (W-2 only) requiring onsite presence in Redmond, WA, five days per week.
Candidates interested in this opportunity should submit their resume highlighting their specific experience in eCommerce fraud operations and O2C processes. We value clear communication and a proven track record of handling high-risk transactions in the telecom or ISP sectors.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
