As an Application Developer, you will bridge the gap between functional needs and technical execution. You will support the design, integration, and implementation of large-scale, multi-functional applications, contributing to scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Operating with minimal supervision, you will ensure systems remain reliable and adaptable while performing moderately complex application testing, requirements gathering, and process analysis. This role is critical for the smooth, stable, and timely delivery of solutions that support our global operations.

Experience with SAP. Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity, with exposure to one or more ERP business domains (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Agriculture, Finance). Proven experience working on large and complex application implementations (e.g., ERP) across the full lifecycle, including system design, implementation, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization and support leveraging Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps practices. Knowledge and/or experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP) for application customization and experience with various pipelines. Experience with data migration strategies and large-scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.
