The E-Branch Coordinator serves as a pivotal leadership figure within the Member Solution Center, dedicated to coaching, developing, and motivating representatives to consistently meet and exceed performance goals. This position is designed to guide staff in delivering high-quality, meaningful service across multiple communication channels, fostering strong member relationships, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Beyond operational oversight, the Coordinator promotes a positive, collaborative team environment by leading by example and aligning daily operations with the Credit Union's core First Values. This role represents the Credit Union in a professional, service-driven manner, playing a vital part in ensuring both member satisfaction and team success.
The Member Solution Center operates as a dynamic hub where innovation and member care intersect. As a champion for innovation, the team utilizes multiple communication channels and adapts to new technologies such as Eltropy, GRO, and Origence. The culture is built on continuous improvement, with a shared vision of evolving employees into Universal team members.
