This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will be the face of the Sierra store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires embodying a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect, while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas.
