Dynamic Server Support is a senior position dedicated to the repair of a variety of client products. This role involves performing basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, ensuring responses are timely and accurate. The position requires a professional demeanor when answering client questions and a commitment to meeting established customer service satisfaction criteria.
This role involves driving to client locations, which may include long distances and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies. The position requires the ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. and the ownership of a basic repair tool kit. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation with valid registration, and adequate insurance are mandatory.
Candidates must be prepared to maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by management. The selection process will evaluate technical knowledge of relevant software and hardware, as well as the ability to communicate effectively regarding technical issues with clients.
