About the Role

Dynamic Server Support is a senior position dedicated to the repair of a variety of client products. In this role, you will perform basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, ensuring responses are timely and accurate. This position requires a professional demeanor when answering client questions and a commitment to meeting established customer service satisfaction criteria.

Work Environment & Requirements

Success in this role involves accepting and delivering all service calls within established service level agreements. You will be responsible for completing all administrative tasks and real-time reporting as documented in company policies. A key aspect of the job is ensuring control of assets and inventory through the prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements.

The role demands adherence to all safety policies and guidelines daily. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance. The position may involve driving to client locations, traveling long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies. Additionally, the role requires the physical ability to lift or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs. and the ownership of a basic repair tool kit.
