We are launching a critical Desktop Set Up initiative to equip our buildings in Tempe, AZ. This project focuses on ensuring every workspace is fully operational with the necessary hardware and software to support our teams.
We are seeking dedicated L1 and L2 Desktop Technicians to join us on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an onsite opportunity located in Tempe, running Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The L1 Desktop Technician will focus on the front end of the setup process. Your primary mission is to distribute and stage each desk with the required equipment, including standard setups with two monitors, VDI, cameras, and peripherals, as well as additional specialized equipment for trader desks. You will be responsible for documenting exactly what has been staged at each desk within our provided SmartSheets link.
The L2 Desktop Technician will handle the final installation and configuration phase. You will install all equipment staged by the Level 1 team, including desktops, laptops (Microsoft and Apple), printers, and telephones. This role requires you to handle equipment moves and installations with minimal supervision. While you will resolve basic troubleshooting items, you will defer complex hardware issues to supervisors or higher-level technicians. All installations and any errors encountered must be meticulously documented in the provided SmartSheets link.
