About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Company Drivers to operate our fleet of 2023 or newer Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This is a solo W2 position designed for drivers who value consistent home time and a supportive team environment. While a Tanker/Hazmat endorsement is required, we offer full support to obtain this within 90 days, including reimbursement and necessary materials.
What to Expect
Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with a total weekly pay average ranging from $1,600 to $1,900. The role includes monthly bonuses and a competitive CPM rate. A key benefit of this position is that drivers do not handle loading or unloading, allowing you to focus on the road.
Home Time & Schedule
Our home time policy is designed to balance earnings with family time. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 28 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. We offer a structured accrual system where you earn two days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.

We offer a fully paid orientation to help you get started. During this period, we cover accommodation with drivers receiving their own private room, as well as breakfast and lunch. We also cover some or all travel expenses to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
