You will establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return, while directly supervising all functions within the Drug/GM department. The role is central to achieving sales and profit goals and ensuring all quality assurance standards are met.

Day-to-Day Impact
In this role, you will act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions about products, offering samples, and informing them of specials. You will develop and implement department business plans, manage inventory and stocking conditions, and execute sales promotions. Additionally, you will train associates on inventory processes and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO), while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
