About the Role
This role is dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. As a leader in the Front-end department, you will direct and supervise all day-to-day functions, duties, and activities, ensuring the execution of best practices, goals, and standards established for the department.
You will embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
