About the Role
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-centric Luggers (comprising a Driver and a Navigator) to join our field teams. This role exists to provide a safe, efficient, and eco-conscious junk removal experience that prioritizes the customer and the planet.
In this position, you will be the face of our company, greeting customers with a polite and professional disposition while explaining our service and removal plans. You will work collaboratively to load, transport, and unload items safely, adhering to all state and local laws. The role offers variety and the opportunity to meet new people daily, requiring you to map out efficient driving routes and manage resources like donation and recycling centers.
You will be expected to embrace a strong safety culture, assist in training new hires, and support the recruiting of future team members. Whether working full-time or part-time, you will have the chance to learn the skills of both the Driver and Navigator positions, utilizing company-provided tablets and your own mobile phone to execute job requirements efficiently. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations and work well as a team is essential.
