About the Role
As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will operate within the Eastern 37 states, delivering high-volume freight on predictable power lanes. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency; the steady flow of freight allows for maximum drive time and minimized downtime. You will be dispatched in advance, giving you the ability to plan your routes effectively.
The nature of this position is primarily non-touch freight, with 95% of loads being drop-and-hook. This operational style supports a sustainable work-life balance, offering home time every three weeks. You will take pride in delivering the goods that stock shelves, finding satisfaction in the tangible impact of your work.
Hiring Process
Schneider offers paid orientation for new hires. If you do not currently hold a CDL, we provide company-paid training programs; interested candidates can call 800-447-7433 to discuss options. For those with experience, sign-on bonuses are available, paid out over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
