About the Role
Alto is redefining the rideshare experience for drivers by eliminating the wear and tear on personal vehicles. As a W-2 employee driver, you will operate a company-provided luxury SUV to complete trips via the Uber app. This role exists to allow drivers to focus entirely on delivering great rides for passengers without managing vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, or insurance.

Schedule & Flexibility
Drivers have the freedom to set their own availability. You can choose the days and times you want to work each week, with schedules tailored to your preferences. The role offers unlimited unpaid time off (with advance planning) and the ability to pick up extra shifts up to 40 hours per week.
Hiring Process
To join the team, candidates must be eligible to drive on the Uber app with no suspensions, be at least 25 years old, and hold a valid Florida Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, maintain a clean driving record, and be fluent in English.
