As a Prospect Wheelchair Agent, you will be the vital link between the curb side and the aircraft, ensuring a professional and compassionate customer experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages of their journey.
This role is about more than just logistics; it is about making a difference in a traveler's day. You will be the first and last point of contact for many passengers, guiding them through the airport environment with care and efficiency. Your work ensures that every passenger, regardless of mobility challenges, feels supported and safe from arrival to departure.
