About the Role
As a Customer Advocate, you will join the 'Hauler-Life' to build an exciting career at Carvana. You will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' doors using our custom car haulers. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the vehicle safely. Your day will involve loading and unloading vehicles, performing physical inspections to ensure safety, and completing thorough customer paperwork within our tracking system.
This role is designed for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery process, ensuring they receive their new vehicle with a smile. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be walking, standing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
Hiring Process & Requirements
To join the team, candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Successful candidates must be able to obtain specific licenses within their local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, sponsored by Carvana. These may include a Notary license, Chauffeur's license, Vehicle Verifier license, or Salesperson license, depending on the state of employment (e.g., Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri, California, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia). Additionally, candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to accessing DMV, title, and registration systems.
