The Assistant Manager is a key part of our operations leadership team, serving as a vital stepping-stone into our broader management structure. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of a facility, overseeing the physical condition of the site and fleet. You will be truly empowered to act like an owner of your facility, managing staff, handling customer service issues, and ensuring operational standards are met.
This position offers significant growth opportunities; over 70% of our Assistant Managers have been promoted into General Manager roles. You will work a consistent schedule from Thursday to Monday, 3pm to 11pm, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
