The Assistant Manager is a key member of our operations leadership team, serving as a vital partner to the General Manager in the day-to-day management of a facility. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you will be truly empowered to act as the owner of your facility. Your day will involve overseeing the physical condition and appearance of the facility and fleet, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring operational standards are met.
Beyond daily operations, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing our staff, as well as handling all customer service issues that arise. This position is designed as a significant stepping stone within our management hierarchy. We have a strong track record of internal growth, with over 70% of our Assistant Managers promoted to General Manager roles.
