About the Role
The primary goal of the Delivery Driver is to get the sandwich into the customer's hand as quickly as possible. This role is a blend of logistics and hospitality: you will learn the most efficient routes, double-check orders to ensure accuracy, and hustle on your feet while strictly adhering to safety and traffic laws.
When not on the road, you will work as an In-Shopper, handling phone orders and preparing tickets with the same level of courtesy and urgency. Delivery is fundamentally a customer service job; following specific customer requests with a smile is key to a successful day. You will be responsible for delivering orders safely and timely within a designated area, accepting payments, and reconciling cash and mileage data with management at the end of each shift.
Hiring Process
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. We look for candidates who are at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
