As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Directional Driller to join our construction and installation team.
The Directional Driller is the backbone of our underground infrastructure projects, operating horizontal directional drilling (HDD) equipment to install fiber optic and conduit systems safely and efficiently. This role is critical for connecting communities to high-speed internet, requiring hands-on expertise in drilling operations, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering focus on safety and precision.\n You will be part of a team-driven environment where collaboration with locators, crew members, and project managers ensures every job is completed accurately. The day-to-day involves planning bore paths, executing pilot drilling and reaming operations, and maintaining equipment in the field. This is a dynamic, physical role that offers the opportunity to gain valuable skills in a rapidly growing industry while working outdoors in varying conditions.
