- check_circleInstall, maintain, test, and repair underground and aerial fiber lines
- check_circleOperate construction equipment including trenchers, plows, and excavators
- check_circleSet pedestals, vaults, handholes, and associated infrastructure
- check_circleClimb poles and ladders and operate bucket trucks as needed
- check_circleAssist with fiber splicing, testing, and repairs
- check_circleAccurately use dispatching, marking, and labeling tools
- check_circleRestore job sites to original condition after construction
Requirements
- verified6+ months of hands-on horizontal directional drilling experience
- verified18+ months of telecom construction experience using heavy equipment
- verifiedValid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements
Nice to Have
CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain), fiber, telecom, or OSP construction experience, ability to work overtime or occasional swing shifts, comfort operating manual-transmission vehicles.
