By joining the American Red Cross, you become part of the world's largest humanitarian network, touching millions of lives every year. Our mission is to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. We are a community of exceptional yet unassuming individuals who are diverse yet uncompromising in unity. Here, success is measured in people helped, communities made whole, and individuals equipped to never stop changing lives for the better.
This position is designed for those ready to make their career a force for good. You will serve as a vital link in our blood collection efforts, supporting the attraction, retention, and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors. Your work ensures the consistent execution of the 12-week drive management cycle and helps achieve established monthly, quarterly, and annual blood collection goals.
In this role, you will align your daily work with a mission bigger than yourself. You will provide leadership guidance to volunteers, facilitate quality hand-offs between stakeholders, and implement territory plans to increase bookings and operational efficiency. As you care for others and support our sponsors, you will also grow your career with the help of mentors who empower your development along a purposeful path.
