This position is dedicated to building and sustaining strong, long-term partnerships with key customers across the GB poultry industry. The role goes beyond transactional sales; it requires a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to develop and deliver account plans that drive value for customers and sustainable growth for the company. A core part of this mission involves supporting animal welfare, sustainable production, and the responsible use of medicines.
You will act as the primary owner of overall account relationships, representing the customer voice internally to ensure field insight informs business decisions and long-term strategy. Success in this role is driven by the ability to position the company's Animal Health division as a trusted, long-term strategic partner through an innovative portfolio of biopharmaceuticals and technology. You will collaborate closely with the Poultry Species Team and wider cross-functional groups to align customer strategy, insight, and execution, ensuring coordinated, high-quality solutions are delivered.
You will work within a dynamic environment that values collaboration and innovation. The role involves partnering with Commercial and Technical colleagues, as well as cross-functional teams including National Accounts, Operations, Customer Services, and Finance. This matrixed structure requires a collaborative team player who can effectively influence without direct line authority and adapt to a fast-changing market.
