About Zoom Room

At Zoom Room, our motto is simple yet profound: We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. We're committed to providing a safe, indoor space for dogs and puppies to enjoy socialization and training alongside their families. We exclusively employ positive training methods to help people build stronger bonds and communication with their pups through a range of classes, including obedience, agility, and enrichment.

If you're enthusiastic about supporting the well-being of dogs and their human companions, we want to invite you to join our team. We're actively seeking individuals who share our passion for dog training and customer service excellence.

About the Role

As a Dog Trainer/Front Desk Associate, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the Zoom Room experience for our clients. This role is perfect for those who love dogs but also enjoy working with people, requiring a blend of instructional skills and retail support.

We look for candidates who are hardworking, proactive, and dependable. The ideal candidate will radiate a friendly, cheerful, and helpful demeanor and thrive in a team environment. We value those who are open to constructive feedback and coaching. If you possess excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to learn about training and dog behavior, we encourage you to apply.

Equal Opportunity

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
