Bow Lake Elementary School is part of Highline Public Schools, a district driven by a bold promise: every student is known by name, strength, and need, and graduates prepared for the future they choose. Our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan centers on four goals that shape our daily work: fostering a culture of belonging where all feel welcome and safe; delivering innovative learning that engages and empowers; cultivating bilingual and biliterate skills for a multicultural world; and ensuring students are future-ready with the mindsets to navigate change.
We are seeking a Special Education Teacher (Case Manager) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work directly with students identified as eligible for special education services. Your mission is to facilitate their access to learning within their Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) as determined by their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team.
As a certificated teacher with a Special Education endorsement, you will provide specialized instruction tailored to students with mild to severe disabilities. This position requires a deep commitment to understanding each student's unique profile and collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure academic and personal growth.
