About the Role

We are seeking a Grooming Manager to launch our brand-new Montclair location. This is a rare opportunity to build your own team from scratch, hand-selecting the groomers you want to work with and establishing the culture of a premier new salon. You will not just be managing a shop; you are setting the standards and hiring the talent for our flagship New Jersey expansion.

As a high-level "player-coach," you will thrive on the excitement of a new business launch. You will perform dog grooming services to breed standards while holding your team accountable to those same benchmarks. Working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, you will utilize the latest ergonomic tubs, high-end electric grooming tables, and professional-grade dryers designed for pet comfort and groomer safety. Our membership-based approach ensures a steady, predictable flow of clients, allowing you to say goodbye to "feast or famine" schedules and focus on growing the business through sales and membership goals.

Hiring Process
