About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, part-time Dog Groomer to join our Pet Spa team. This commission-based position reports directly to the General Manager and embodies our mission of "Pet Lovers Delighting Pet Lovers." We operate with a culture that is Playful, Passionate, Personal, and Professional.

In this role, you will be the bridge between pets and their owners, ensuring every animal receives a professional-quality groom that meets or exceeds client expectations without compromising the pet's physical or emotional health. You will work with a diverse range of breeds, handling everything from full grooms and baths to emergency clean-ups. Beyond the grooming table, you will interact closely with pet parents, documenting observations that may help identify health concerns early on. It is a hands-on role where you might end your day with fur on your clothes and sloppy kisses, but you will also be the one making pets feel like a million bucks.

Hiring Process
