About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional animal lover to join our winning team as a Manager for our Day Care operations. This role serves as the "bottom-line" manager for all facilities, including Boarding, Dog Walking Services, Spa, and Cat Sitting.
In this position, you will be the face of Doggie VIP for all our customers. Your day will involve managing the online system to ensure proper service requests and billing, enrolling new customers, and coordinating trial times. You will also monitor customer inquiries via email and text, ensuring the quality of daily updates and media shared with pet owners. Additionally, you will maintain our social media presence by sharing daily photos and business updates, while managing facility operations, supply ordering, and routine cleanliness inspections.
