The Marina Dockhand is a vital part of the Guest Services team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all marina services. This role serves as the frontline for guest interactions, combining quality control, cash handling, and physical maintenance to create a safe and welcoming environment for boaters. You will be the face of the marina, assisting guests with fueling, docking, and securing their boats while maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dock area.
