About the Role

As an Engineer I, you will be the backbone of the guest experience, creating a "larger than home" atmosphere through welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service. This role goes beyond technical maintenance; it is about being a great host who is aware of guest safety needs, initiates genuine conversations, and makes real connections with every visitor. You will ensure the hotel and its common areas remain safe, clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Your day will involve maintaining all hotel equipment through scheduled preventative maintenance and responding to repairs with care and professionalism. You will act as a first responder for operational procedures, including fire prevention, traffic control, and power outages, ensuring guest safety is never compromised. Whether organizing repair projects to minimize guest disruption or finding ways to conserve energy and reduce operating costs, you will work to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.

Hiring Process
