The Dock Door Technician serves as a critical support pillar for manufacturing facilities, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of loading bays and building systems. This role is designed for a skilled individual who can work independently or collaborate with a maintenance team to minimize downtime and maintain strict compliance with safety standards. You will be the first line of defense in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and managing general facilities upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

Welding or fabrication experience for minor repairs or bracket installations. Hydraulic system troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS systems for work order management. Prior work experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution facilities.
