About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to the operational success of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the primary leader for an average of three locations, overseeing the full lifecycle of the store from construction and opening to daily operations and final tear-down.
In this capacity, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for expense control and shrinkage management. The position demands a flexible schedule and a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds for in excess of eight hours daily.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
