About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Spanning from July through November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the company's peak season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the store operations, including the construction, opening, daily operation, and closing or tear-down of assigned locations. Your day-to-day involves leading recruiting and training efforts, managing employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. This position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to be physically active for over eight hours a day, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,125 to $1,150, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria. Additionally, New Jersey Paid Sick Pay is provided in accordance with state regulations.

To succeed in this role, applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Candidates are expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
