About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the peak holiday season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the store operations, including the construction and opening of new locations, daily management, and the final tear-down and closing procedures. Your day-to-day involves leading recruiting and training efforts, fostering positive employee relations, controlling expenses, and managing shrinkage across your assigned district.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualifications.
Benefits include Maryland Paid Sick Pay. Please note that all bonus and pay programs are subject to qualification requirements.
Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand and walk for in excess of eight hours daily. Key physical duties include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
