District Sales Manager

About the Role

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for driving sales and ensuring operational excellence across an average of three locations.

You will manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Your responsibilities extend to the physical build-out of the season, overseeing the construction and opening of stores, managing daily operations, and executing the final tear-down and closing procedures. This role demands a hands-on approach, requiring significant physical activity such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Compensation & Incentives

This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Candidates are expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
