The Distribution Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive operational excellence within our Carthage, MO distribution facility. This position serves as a manufacturing subject matter expert, building deep knowledge and expertise within the plant while leading production teams. The role focuses on three core pillars: Leadership, Distribution Operations, and Regulatory/Customer Compliance.
You will foster a culture of ownership by creating exceptional partner experiences, making the distribution center a department of choice. A key aspect of this role is professional development; you will coach and evaluate hourly partners and salaried supervisors, helping them grow into future leadership candidates. This position is specifically designed to develop partners and position them as lead candidates for the next open Distribution Center Manager role in any US location.

This role is 100% on-site. If you are relocating more than 50 miles for this position, you will receive a $10,000 relocation bonus plus a generous relocation package.
