About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Receptionist to join our busy plumbing office in Chatsworth. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment, serving as the central hub for coordinating multiple technicians, managing customer calls, and handling daily scheduling and office responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office role located in Chatsworth, CA. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires a professional with strong phone etiquette and the ability to manage several technicians and customer situations simultaneously.
