As an Office Manager / Scheduling Coordinator, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our field teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination and an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact through job completion.
You will manage the flow of inbound calls, guiding customers to the appropriate services and converting inquiries into booked appointments. Unlike cold-calling roles, this position focuses on responding to customers who are already reaching out for help. You will coordinate schedules for multiple craftsmen, manage service requests, and support field staff to ensure day-to-day operations run without friction.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in North Seattle. The schedule is strictly Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights or weekends required.
